Julie Rodgers and Kristine Stolakis

This is a special Q&A because not only do we get to hear from Julie Rodgers, author of Outlove: A Queer Christian Survival story. But we also get to hear from Kristine Stolakis, director of the Netflix documentary Pray Away. Both of these extraordinary women vulnerably share their experiences with the “pray away the gay” movement and the ramifications it has on so many of our queer siblings.

Julie and Kristine are honest, brave and hopeful. We are so grateful for their leadership as we together work toward the Kin-dom that God intends for us. One in which every person is recognized and valued as a beloved child of God.
